This paper documents the steps Reward has taken and continues to take to understand and minimise the potential risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains. This statement is published in line with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Modern slavery is an international crime, affecting millions of people globally. Vulnerable individuals are often forced to work illegally across various sectors. It transcends age, gender, and ethnicity.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. Reward’s values underpin our approach and expectations for all employees, partners, and suppliers.

In accordance with the most recent UK government guidance, Reward continues to comply with the statutory requirements for transparency in supply chains. We monitor legal updates to ensure our policies remain fit for purpose.

Our Supply Chain

Based on the nature of our supplier relationships and the jurisdictions in which we operate, Reward currently assesses the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains to be low. This assessment is reviewed annually as part of our due diligence process. We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to violations.

Embedding the Principles

- Mandatory awareness training for staff
- Inclusion of modern slavery considerations in policy reviews and contract terms
- Staff training in procurement and ethical recruitment practices
- Training outcomes are monitored through completion rates and post-training feedback, ensuring continual improvement.

Identified Incidents

No incidents of modern slavery were identified during the reporting period.

We continue to promote awareness of our whistleblowing procedures internally through staff training and communications, and externally via supplier documentation and onboarding.

This statement has been approved by Jamie Samaha, Chief Executive Officer, for the financial year ending April 2025.

This statement will be reviewed and updated at least on an annual basis.
