London, 3rd September 2026: Reward, global leader in customer engagement and commerce media and a Rezolve Ai company, has appointed Matthew Keylock as Chief Data & Analytics Officer, strengthening its executive leadership as it accelerates innovation across data and intelligence.
Keylock will lead Reward’s global data, analytics and insight capabilities, building on its proprietary transaction and behavioural intelligence to drive the next generation of customer insight, hyper-personalisation and targeting. Backed by Rezolve Ai’s advanced AI technology and expertise, Reward is accelerating how it turns that intelligence into smarter, more valuable solutions for financial institutions, brands and retailers.
Keylock brings nearly three decades of experience at the forefront of data, analytics and AI. Most recently, he was Global Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Mars Petcare, where he built and led its global data and analytics function across the business. He previously held senior global roles at Yoox Net-A-Porter Group and dunnhumby.
The appointment reinforces Reward’s focus on innovation, building on its market-leading transaction insight and customer loyalty capabilities and supporting high growth areas including its Finance Media Network. Rezolve Ai’s focus on AI-powered commerce adds further momentum to this innovation as Reward continues to expand internationally.
